I find my Maximuscle bottle much easier to use, it doesn't clod (it has a sieve thing inside which seems to help break up the clods when you shake), it has a nice wide neck so that you can clean it, it even has ml's measured out in 100ml steps on the side and its the same price as the SIS one.

I'm outraged that SIS make such a big thing about there bottle making things easier - I'm tempted to go to trading standards it such a bunch of sh1t3.

First-time poster!!I have two SIS bottles (one old narrow neck and one new wide neck), neither have the relevant markings of 50g and 500ml for REGO, 50g and 500ml for PSP22 & 40g and 500ml for Go as per the instructions on the relevant bottles - what a con! In what way does this make mixing easy?

I'v just looked at the ratings and wondered why a couple of people had slated the chip timing?

I've just tried the Blueberry Muffin recipe from the March 2008 issue of RW and whilst I concede that they are low fat compared to the real thing, they are also low on taste! I'd rather eat the blueberrys on their own and I REALLY LOVE CAKE!

I've tried numerous recipes from magazines over the years and they have all been pretty poor. I strongly suspect that most have never actually been tried out before they are published.  I can think of a couple from Mens Health that cannot even be physically made as written!!

Are there any recipes that people would actually recommend?
