The Berry is in the house!! Another long day but I'm home. Piriformis syndrome is on the way out (I sat in my office on a tennis ball today - no-one saw!) No running today but tomorrow is 8/9 and then looking forward to a loonnngggg one on Saturday.
Chapeau Rapid for sneaking out of work - how do you manage that? I suppose you're not a girl with hair and make-up to worry about.
I am contemplating the 1/2 marathon in Paris at the end of May - anyone got any tips on it or run it before?
