I am greedy and have two bikes. One is a specialized, called 'my racing bike' or ' my road bike' and the other one is a Trek mtb, called my mountain bike. I don't ride it as much as my road bike.

feeling apprehensive about the 50km on Saturday. Training has been pants. I pulled a muscle in my lower back in early June and then ran a half and then a full. Have been on run rest for three weeks and osteopath says it feels much better so all good for Sat. But will I remember how to run? The marathon was three weeks ago and I've run a total of a mile since. I've been out on my bike like a mad woman, 71 mile sportive two weeks ago and london to Brighton night ride last sat so I'm fit but can I run 50km in a respectable time? Looking to beat my time from last Sept, although this is up and down the Chilterns and that one was along the Thames path, I have run three marathons since then so hopefully my body is better at the endurance thing?
