Anybody help me please?  Have tried 7 times for VLM and got charity place this year,  Jan 15th dropped a 2 litre water bottle on foot - laid off running for 2 weeks - foot still hurts but manageable - now have ILIOPSOAS MUSCLE injury.  Got up to 19 miles in pain 10 days ago and been seeing physio ever since.  Can cycle, swim, exercise but not run - tried even basis easy jogging and have pain.  Should I pull out?  So frustrated as have been running better since Jan 2009 following a lay off of 6 weeks with  broken arm.  I might add I and on a good day it wil take me as least 5 hours!

Thanks fellow inury competitors.
