Been following it on Ultralist since the beginning. His distances and times just seem too good to be true.
Also considering the mileage he was meant to be clocking, he doesn't look particularly lean in any of the photos.

although I always find humidity worse. I ran at 0800 this morning and finished at 0920, it was 40 degrees but the body adapts very quickly.
I run when the temps are still in the 40s but humidity is generally 20-30%. In Singapore recently the temperature was 10 degrees cooler but very high humidity and I found it much worse.
A visor is perfect and pouring water over your head always seems to help.
Had to dial 999 last week when somebody decided to drive into the side of my Volvo, luckily being a volvo we were all okay.
In UAE 999 is for police and ambulance. Fire service (civil defence) is 997.

in 1213 Kilkenny castle was completed and I'll be looking forward to a pint of Kilkenny when I vacation in Ireland this summer.
