I haven't had any problems with the Mizuno WR 11 but they need replacing and now I am inundated with lots of new models.  Can anyone please tell me what's the closest equivalent to the Wave Rider 11?  Is it the Waver Rider 15?  Thanks

Just wanted to write and let you know that I completed the London Marathon yesterday in 4hrs 31 minutes.  As this was my first marathon I didn't quite know what to expect.  It was harder than I could ever imagine, but the support was also better than I imagined.  Not just the support on the day (which was incredible), but the support I received from friends and family in raising money for Cancer Research.  In total I raised over £3,300 and all this money goes straight to the charity and makes a huge difference in the fight against cancer.

If I'm honest, when my left leg started giving up on me a few weeks ago and I had to miss a fair bit of training, I contemplated not running, but it was the generosity of sponsors and reading some of the ocmments of you guys that kept me training over the last few weeks, and kept me running yesterday.

Thanks again, I know my dad, for whom I ran, would be very proud indeed.

My toes though - bang goes my toe modelling career ....

All the best,
Andy
