im in but only doing the half, ive done my 1 full of the year cant cope with more than that

hoping for a better time than last week very poor run even had to walk a bit and hate doing that so have brushed it under the carpet and starting again

im the spikey haired nutter in the north derbyshire vest with angie on front and back

i used roads shoes last year but if its wet id say trail theres alot of fields to cross and possible mud  

im still thinkin about this as the 4 weeks after i have a half every weekend

its a celebration for me will be my 50th half marathon in less than 4 years of running

i did buxton last year and will be doing it again this year

i'll be in my north derbyshire vest and it had my name on front and back cant miss me i have short red spikey hair
