Some good training going on already - either in Base or within the plans in earnest.
Last week was 47 Miles in Total, including a 16 Mile LSR, a parkrun and progressive 10k. This week will again be just above 40 with a bit of luck.
If I can average 40+ miles a week through to the start line that would be grand. 900 Miles in 20 weeks would hopefully set me up nicely whilst not destroying me at the same time…..just need to get the mix of LSR and speed right !!!
