I like the idea of operation SuperCaz

Sounds like you are doing operation Dr barking too...it feels like a good time for fresh starts with this lovely weather and summer around the corner

*looks down* gfb I am not the best person to ask about bras either

 Well, operation something or other.

I am not the person to ask either - I have one proper sports bra, purchased at expo in 2008...

Sounds like a good plan Caz I like the sound of an open air swim-in-able water store!

I work sometimes slightly antisocial shifts

Bunny that's got to be the understatement of the year!!!  I would DIE if I had to do your hours and shift patterns!!

Thank you too Witchypoo I enjoyed myself!

Ach the shifts arent all bad - you would manage it - it just gets antisocial and a bit depressing at times. Still, can't complain - especially whne just had a week of annual leave (not that I chose it, we get told when our annual leave allocation is, but it has fallen in some nice weather, makes a lovely change )

Definatly the right direction Grendel

Wimped out of a plod today, but took Paddy for a walk to go and get bits and pieces in town (trip to chemist, collect stuff from vets etc) and extended it a bit, so did almost 4km. Not great, but it is still progress. My legs dont really love me very much after yesterday, but they are at least on vague speaking terms with the rest of me!
