Durham take a deep breath work out when you have the time to do stuff and sit down and work out a training plan this weekend. You don't have to 100% stick to it but if you have a plan you can do this mate.
Between now and Dec work on your weak point's.
If you want a training ride on the course before the big day I'd be very surpriced if I'm not on it at some point if you want company and there will be other's out there as well. Just make sure you have a few quid ready just in case if you need a wetsuit fixing or have a bike problem it will always happen at the worst time.
The lib's are going to get massacred election wise up north come the next general election they might actually gain votes elsewere in the uk. Simple because a lot of there supporter's up here are ex labour people who moved over to the lib's.
Unfurtunatly the wrong Miliband is the leader of the labour party at the moment think he's a good technocrat and will make a good goverment minister in any future goverment but he's simply not a leader and a PM. Bacisly he's the labour version of Ian Duncan smith for the Tory's. Ball's has been mincing about far to much for my liking to. Given the cut's that where planned and what as actually happened which is a lot nearer labour's manasto at the last general election than the tories up until last year vis's what the other parties said he could have had the tory's over a barrel a couple of years ago and never went for the jugular. Assuming he just didn't want to point out actually we where going to do something similar instead of this didn't work the ecomemy was still failing and you nicked this idea. Doesn't make any difference anyway because the ecomamy is still very anaemic and probably will be for some time regardless of who get's in.
Hate to say it but UKIP will probably be more of a factor in in any colalition unless Labour win seat's which I doult unless something changes in the next few month's.
Suffolk changes are your going to be sore for a few weeks if you think about it all the cartilage around the fracture will have been put under presure from the swelling of the fracture. That's just a guess on my part from when I've had similar. For me it was just a dislocation and not a fracture but had odd pain's for a couple of year's after.
If your worried I'd check with your GP because basically we could be telling you any of stuff on the internet.
Did you get a referal to a physio after the fracture? If not worth asking about maybe?
hi matt, not sure i get your point about moving up to a full tri.... a sprint still has all the elements!? I find a longer tri less stressful because the pace is a little slower and you have time to think about each bit before the panic of transition.
Where has the half term gone MC??? Seems like summer hols only just finished!
