oh, and now off to see QOP!
hi pammie lovely to see you. Did you run at Barking yesterday?
good news then alehouse
wow donaldo I had my 4th lowest mileage for an August since going on Fetch!! 41 miles
anyway onwards and upwards, back from 8 miles in 1.26, felt quite a bit better than Saturday, which considering I did 2 hrs sat and another 36 mins yesterday has pleased me. Got drenched though!
wp, my cold dragged on, still lingers now but I am better. They do say that about summer colds, though who knows why! Be lovely to see you at Snowdonia!
alehouse I am going to do that, I did have to do that a few years back when my calves used to tighten up, worth a try
indeed oh you will!
wow what a weekend of running
LMH amazing just blooming awesome!
Oliver wow some improvement well done!!
OH Great weekend of running
Alehouse hope hospital goes ok (and doesn't get in the way too much)
emzap I woke up late today!
What: 90 mins run later (groan) will stop and stretch as I go along (thanks Alehouse)
why: I am not ready to give up on Snowdonia yet
last hard: yesterday afternoon, nice 36 min off road sloshy run but achilles spoil it
last rest: Sunday
I am stretching religiously which is why the upset on Saturday, I just worry that maybe I cannot do the long stuff - truthfully I do. Digging in for a bit and see what occurs
