Forever I am training for Snowdonia marathon in October
I didn't do the 8 tempo last night instead I did 1m w/up and cool down and 12 x 2mins with 1min recovery - it's what the club were doing and sometimes I cannot be that anal to do my own run! It was good to have company and a great session, followed by half a mile swim - 1 min quicker then....
what: cycled to work, good couple of mins quicker on that as well
lmh, hope you are getting there, the longer sleeps must be nice
I did a 5k off road last night and considering I had the 15 on Monday, I had a good strong run, 26.40 (2011 I did 28!) My legs did start moaning with about a mile to go but I told them to shut up it's pretty downhill now!
