iv been running for about 15+ years but been lazy last 3/4 years.
not realy had a training plan..just ran for enjoyment.
have done 2.55 before...but that was 10+ years ago
used to running 25 aweek...
but i thought i needed a kick up backside and try break 3 again
did 20 first week 25 second and 44 last...
i can manage the milage easy at a pace of 7.40-8.30
is it too much too soon..? or carry on regardless..
im not following a training plan....never have..should i be...or just run when i wont to
some good training and racing going off over this weekend
think im talking to the wrong group..
17.5 miles at 7.50 pace for me today.
pleased with that seems only startedrunning again proply 3 weeks ago..

i do 5ish tue and thurs
between 10/15 sun
and what day to fit it in..?
