Well helloooo.

Just thought I'd bump this for the sake of it!

Nearly three weeks on, how are we all?

Kitty - boo, that's really unfortunate. I nearly forgot too until a friend texted ...

Loved the story about the green poo .. .who was that? Simon?

I'm running a 10k at the weekend so I hope I'll be feeling nice and strong - went out for 4.5 on Monday and 6.5 last night. Legs felt heavy but I'll probably rest for the rest of the week.

Does anyone else feel like they've put on a bit of weight since London? I certainly feel I have! Darn!

Good luck in the taper Fiona.

I find that pride goes out the window when you are a runner ...  and I did warn you I was about to get gross!

All the right colour and - er - consistencynow tho!

Hello all,

Feeling more human today - looking forward to a looonnnggg weekend in Belfast so I can show off my medal to my folks.

This may be folly but I've tenatively accepted a friend's discarded place in the Abingdon mara this October. While the memories are fresh etc etc!

Gareth, as you are still knocking around, a question ... sorry, this is bit gross (look away now everyone!)

I manged a very watery bright orange poop at the end (!) Was this a result of too much Lucozade and too many gels? I was taking an SIS one every four miles and trying to drink LS at all the stops (being really worried about it being a hot muggy day). Did my belly just reject what was not needed?
