Fab running all

Well done on your race Swittle!

Out early this morning for me in the wind and rain.  Got chased and growled at by a dog, did get a bit of a scare but thankfully it decided not to go for the bite!  Outwards on my run was head on into the wind and it was quite strong so had to work - was nice on the return though!

Evening all!

Sorry to  hear about your friend Swittle - hope it is nothing too serious.  Yeah, must of missed your reply over on Fetch.

Home from work, changed then straight out - lovely evening up here.  Decided from the off I was gonna try and push and felt good.  Out into the country roads, past the old mill and up quite a steep hill then made way back home.  Have ran this route a few times now and this was my fastest to date!

Evening all - missed a few postings!

This week so far..... 8.3 miles on Monday in 1:15 - was very very warm, my face was like a ribena berry by the time I had finished plus had half of Aberdeens flies stuck to me.

Yesterday I went out at lunch for my short trail route of 3.2 miles in 26:04 then club last night with a good warm up of 2 miles which was a run in itself along the cliff tops to Dunnotar Castle where we done some step reps, was a tough session but good then a run back to leisure centre with 2 mins fastISH and 1 min recovery x 6.

Rest day today.

Me all up to date I think.

Euuuuwwwuugh gmike

Swittle I did say a hello to you over in Fetch but think you missed it!

Last time I noticed Marsh post was to say he was having a break - lost his mojo I think.  Hope he will be back soon though.  Not seen DH for quite some time now?

Well done Mark and SazzaG!

LSR for me today, quite breezy but nice and cool. Worked out a route from my house that is exactly 6 miles so decided to go for it twice - quite undulating but enjoyable. (Maybe one day I shall do the treble)!
