bus boy I definitely wouldn't wear mudrocs on it. I've got some and would never wear them round the course., for me they are just a fell or cross country race shoe...they'd be ideal for the steep grassy descent to Fingest but rubbish on 90% of the course. If you have any of the Inov8 trail shoes with more cushioning they'd be ideal.
alright busboy, I am one of the organisers of the race. If its wet definitely trail shoes. If dry you will be ok in road shoes but it is roughly 40-50% off road and whenever I go round it I do so in trail shoes. Hopefully it will be dry as the forecast is good for Sunday
so Richard R what exactly is a forum on running gear for? just to praise or to point out to others when a product is sh1te? I suggest if you don't like the thread you takes yourself elsewhere
sam I wonder why you got a free one? they won't even take mine back unless I pay 60 odd quid on the phone first. me thinks they may be having a lot of problems with this watch and can't afford to keep replacing them for free
