hello, i am currently training for a marathon in april. and i keep getting this very annoying pain in my right knee, which comes and goes. on a 20k run for example half way through it suddenly hurts so much i cant run any further, then i stop, wait for maybe 20 seconnds and keep on going a bit slower. and after a while the pain is gone. then on a 30k run theres no problem at all. atm my knee even hurts when im just walking. has anyone an idea whats wrong? thank you for any help |

Hallo, i ran my first longish run of 11 miles a week ago. after about 8 miles i had a bad pain on the left side of my upper back,or undeneath my left shoulder. i had to stop every half a mile to stretch myself and struggled home in the end. since then i get that particular pain after about 3 miles out of the usual 6 i run. because i had a race today i havent run for the last 4 days to get rid of it, but again, after about 3 miles it started again. i only needed to stop once to stretch myself and it was better, but obviously there is something wrong. does anyone know where the problem is? and what can i do about it? thanks alot |
