We really do have all levels in the club so feel to run out a couple of times see what you think. Just let someone know that you are coming along.
(you dont have to wear the colours training...and anyway black and gold would of gone well with your outfit on Saturday!)

As Ben mentioned above (hello Ben) very well marked route and although I carried a map I never looked at it once. Fantastic and friendly event, unfortunately medical conditions prevent me taking part this year. Enjoy.
