I would rather saw my hand off than read it - it was Twlight fan fiction, I can't imagine anything worse. Maybe reading the Twilight books would be worse.

I made a sandwich the other day which was amazing - smoked ham, mango chutney, tomatoes, lettuce, smoked cheddar and spicy sausage, in that order. So good I almost cried

I was in a pharmacy looking at the array of vitamins that claim to help keep joints healthy, such as Glucosamine Sulphate. Does anyone know if these actually work? I have a knee injury which I am looking after and wondered if they can help but am a bit sceptical. Does anyone else use them and what do you think? Not worth the money? Can't hurt so worth a try?

Sounds so familiar. Been injured for two weeks and gonna be out for a few months yet. Not going to be too hard on myself at first because I was feeling sorry for myself and needing cheering up but now have to get back onto the sensible eating.

Think that running or doing any sport naturally encourages you to think more about how you fuel your body. At the same time, not being able to run mean we should be thinking even more about healthy eating. Not only as we are trying to heal our body but also because we are just not burning anything off
