Very true sea lark nice to have a local 10k back. Looks as if the medway 10 is the cliff woods replacement i also see the nice work team are organising a 10k run at capstone park With the medway 10k , capstone park 10k and there's one down river side park in gillingham September that's 3 local events just hope they are well supported and can continue |

Hi all What are the chances of on the day entry ? Would be coming from work so dont want to enter on line just incase couple of hours turns into a full shift Cheers | |

an updated weather report just driven past the cyclo park overcast with breaks of sunshine around 12 degrees so looking good for ttomorrow's thats me done for the week at work little snooze maybe a jog later then early night see you all tomorrow | |
