You seem to be doing great on your Thursdays Swiz. But I would compromise on this weeks run. Maybe shorten it a bit to adjust back to your normal routine. You have to balance the risk/rewards of the risk of an injury against the benefits of a long run.
My thoughts are that long runs are done on a Sunday. Protect that Sunday morning long run. I would not and have not EVER done my long run on a Thursday. Every Sunday now is a rehearsal for the marathon.
