I prefer to run in the evening. I'm not a morning person either. At the moment I'm having to catch a bus to work which leaves me a 3 mile walk from the bus stop. Now I can run again I'm running each way. As I get stronger I'll throw in a lunch time run as well. Maybe do some hill reps as there's an up down right where I am that is 1k long. Good interval training.
I think it is disgusting. I like beetroot but the juice is vile. Sorry, I would love to try it out and see if it makes a difference. I know I'm not being very helpful but that is the limit of my experimentation.
Aldi are on my black list, not that I have ever shopped there or am ever likely to.
They cut down an ancient tree 250 yrs old despite opposition from the local residents, the local council, conservation groups and without doing the necessary searches that were required of them. Nasty profiteering company.
Marshalled at the local 10k and brought a nice bit of bling home for my efforts. Then watched some hockey.
I'd just like to say how thoroughly nice and pleasant the two winning lads are.
