Hi!

Yeah - thankfully renewing my Season Ticket was never this hard....! Thanks for the info - I can relax next Sunday now - just as well as the Malvern Half really hurt today....!

Maybe see you in the Feathers next season....!

Cheers,
Ade.

I have had no email about a postponement or an offer of a refund. According to my Race Diary the race is next Sunday - 5th June - but looking at RunnerWorld the race is now on 30th October...?

Does anybody know for definite what's going on?

I'm running the Dublin Marathon on 24th October. I ran it (2009) in 3:52 and (2007) in 4:03. I've run 3 Half Marathon's in the last 4 weekends and a total of 6 since March. I do a Half Marathon in between 1:37 & 1:48 depending on the Course! I've got 2 more Half Marathons scheduled this year. I'm much fitter and faster now than I was this time last year as I suffered with injury last year and in 2007.

I'm determined to improve on my time and I'm looking to get as close to 3:30 as possible, however, every training plan I have found for a sub 3:30 involves running 6 times a week. Due to work and family commitments I can only run 3 times a week. This invloves 2 runs in the week of between 5 & 7 miles and a long run at the weekend of between 10 & 20 miles.

Does anyone know of a sub 3:30 training plan aimed at just 3 (or maybe 4) runs per week?

Thanks everyone!

Ade.
