After your thoughts. 2 weeks before VLM finished a run with a sore foot. Pain across top and a bit on in step and ankle feels sore/ unstable... Physio saw it and said It'd clear up as he couldn't see anything. To cut a long story short, hurt right round London, (bad idea running!) and has been painful all week. Tried tennis ball on sole, ice but no improvement. No swelling or obvious marks Any ideas? Really want to shake this and get exercising again!
Brighton will be my first full marathon like lots of others. Done a couple of halfs early this year, but strggled this summer with illness and injury. Everything seems to be fine now though and getting back up to HM distances ready to start training with my runnig group. Very nervous but looking forward to a new challenge.
