These days Adidas Supernova is a range of shoes rather than a specific shoe so be careful which ones you get.

Sweatshop have a running group every Wednesday evening at 6:40pm.

Trent Park Running Club and Barnet & District Athletic Club are both very good clubs. Google them and you'll find all the info you need regarding where and when.
