Cheers Nessie, Surrey Runner and Swittle. She was diagnosed with Hepatitis in December, she pulled through but suffered liver damage and was put on a special diet, she was doing ok although looked quite frail, then took a turn for the worst and stopped eating. Not sure if I will get another, will see when I get back from visiting family in Cape Town. I do miss her and getting out in all weathers when I would otherwise stay indoors.

Go carefull in this weather everyone, all clear in Hedon and Hull now.

Hi folks, just a short message for those who remember my posts. I had to have my faithfull old Staffie and running partner Cede put to sleep today after a relativley short illness after she was diagnosed with Hepatitis in December. She took a turn for the worse last night and was in some distress, our last walk was at Paull on the Humber estuary today.

3.45 off rd miles with Cede the Staffie as it has cooled a wee bit, can't beat a nice chilled glass of wine Squark, had a couple of cheeky beers tonight.

Wow Its a hot one !

Well done all for getting out there in the heat even though some runs were early doors ! 3.45 miles off rd on my own tonight as it was too hot for Cede the Staffie tonight as she struggled last week when it was not so hot. I had to run off the BBQ and beer from yesterday . It was hard work for sure, too hot but had to go as I would have struggled to be bothered later on. Spag Bol for tea and a cool beer maybe .
