I have a place in the Bracknell half marathon this Sunday (28th May) but can't run due to injury. Entry was £20.50, let me know if you're interested. |

Hi, I have a place but have to pull out because of injury, I think the number can only be collected from the Expo so not sure how to transfer it to you. James |

Hi all, I'm looking for some advice, I'm running the Barcelona marathon on 17th March next year and wondering what the effect is of skiing/snowboarding on your body, I've heard that it changes the firing secquence of the muscles and can take about a month for them to get back to normal. I want to run a good time and hopefully a PB so don't want to massively jeprodise my performance. A group of friends are going skiing 24th Feb - 3rd Mar so I would only have 2 weeks to get back into it before the marathon, and I know this should really be a tappering period. Thanks |

Hi all, I am meant to be running the Kingston Run Challenge on Sunday 14th October 2012, but I've double commited this weekend and can't run, rather than wasting the place I thought I would offer it to anyone who wanted to run but missed the cutoff or didn't get in. The entry is for 16 miles but you can choose to run 8 miles instead, entry was £25 ono. If you’re interested let me know. event website = www.humanrace.co.uk/events/run/kingston-run-challenge |
