Hill faery - I've done the Ythan twice, and doing it again this year. i would say take your 10k time and add 20 to 30 mins! There is sometimes bottlenecks on the course and you might get stuck in them. And definately wear old gear, and take stuff to shower and change into at the end. And pray for warm weather. |
