Apologies - was intended as a 'big plug' just a little mention as I hope to be of help to Preston area runners. 
Pop in for a brew when you are in town - great cakes too from the shop next door.

Hi,
Just wanted to let you know about our new store, now open in Preston @ 17 Northway, PR3 5JX. Tel: 01772 860200
and also let you know that
we'll be hosting a ladies morning run on Saturday 12th of November from our new store in Preston.
The store, Foot Traffic, will be hosting the run with the 'Lancashire Lasses', a Preston running group for ladies of all abilities, based in Preston.
The run will leave the store at PR3 5JX at 9am, all abilities welcome. There is free parking right outside the store and there will be refreshments afterwards. The run will be no more than 1 hours, with various route options from 5k to 10k. No one will get left behind!!
There will be lots of special offers on the day in the store too to celebrate the new store opening. ( its open now! ) and the store offers video gait analysis.
