10 eh ? how time flies, it must be about 2-3 years since I was last here.

In that time Mrs M has graduated uni and become a nurse, eldest offspring has finished gcse's ( could have done better ) and is now doing a levels, youngest has grown out of been the village idiot and is now the star of his school with its small select band of village idiot pupils, he is also the school sports star and I suspect would beat me hands down in a sprint, he now want to do freerunning all the time and he's quite good.

I still run and seem to have avoided anything like an injury mainly by being quite lazy, my job changed last year and I finally got a good pay review and started working 9-5. Of course now I'm looking at redundancy but never mind . I gave up painting cos I was merde and instead spend all my spare money on synthesisers
