I'll be at the Jack Crawfored again next year, aiming as always for under 1 hr. Did 56 at Stranraer on Sun so, hopefully, not too much eating or drinking and I should make it.
Still looking forward to the Corrieayrack, but think I may need to join a gym for the cycle training as fell of once too often and quite frightened of road cycling.

EEyin ,,,

I have got my Prauge place. hotel booked, now that was something, even months ahead. Flying from Glasgow, waited on the Czech airline starting from Glasgow, return for under £80.
Flying out Friday back Monday, good excuse to train all winter :-)
