I have crawled up the stairs to get on the pc. Yesterday's kettlebell dvd workout is having an effect already. Being unable to walk properly is the main one. But, it must mean I am working muscles that need it so

Noggs - when I was running regularly a few years ago, I recorded my maximum HR by running up a hill several times. It peaked at 182 so I know I was within safe limits on the bike on Sunday. I wouldn't want to get it that high now though, I think that would be the end of me!! Working at it Slowly

Yums - I will be happy to oblige with the swift boot up the jacksie but I feel you would benefit more from a bit of tlc. That schedule is stressful and tiring. Be kind to yourself.
I have been tired for the last couple of days but have been suffering from an infection so that's probably why. I hope the antibiotcs kick in now as I am bored with this.
