Thanks guys but you're not supposed to endorse the hobnob eating. I needed my ar$e kicked.
Managed my first run today since 21st July. Cannot believe how awful that felt. I say run but it turned into a run/walk. Only did just over 2 miles and was so glad to get home.
Totally my own fault and hopefully I have learnt a valuable lesson. It's not nice starting all over again but it has to be done.

Hi folks, sorry for my absence.
I haven't been out for a while but will try to get out tomorrow. Don't know what happened. Lost my mojo and started eating chocolate hobnobs!!
Hot, hot, hot.

Good luck 330!!
Ha ha B2b, you'll be fine I'm sure.
Well done Ms, Garmins are fantastic (most of the time)
Prague eh Ed? I have always wanted to go there, meant to be a great city.
Nice running Amy, keep using the roller if it helps and try not to over think your knees. I have knee problems too and sometimes get paranoid something will set me back. Try just to run and have fun.
Hope you managed to get out yesterday Lisa and Arthur.
Good running the JR family. Must be brilliant to have running as a family event. I get more mocking from my crew than anything else haha.
Hope you are well Grendel.
Sorry if I have missed anyone - What a great social place this is right now.
Usual 5k today. Going to do it again Wed and then try for a bit longer and slower on Friday.
Our dart team have suggested doing the Norwich Half for Movember....
Not sure what scares me more, running a half or trying to grow a tache!!!!!
