I have lost 2 stone recently to get down to 15.5 stone and my BF down to 19%. Want to get another stone off, but according to the ball and chain and my mumsy I am getting too skinny !!! don't see it myself.

Aye it rankles us all. I run 25 miles a week and weight train to keep the muscle on. I have dropped over 2 stone in 6 months and still you get the sad acts questioning why your doing it. Well because I enjoy it for one. Just turned 40 and I am fitter than I was at twenty. Basically sod em, as long as your doing it for yourself it matters nowt what anybody else thinks. Oh and porridge is a class pre or post run snack and don't let muscles from the gym tell you any different.
