Just changing to minimal shoes. Going to do a trail ultra of 45 miles in April, don't know whether to ditch minimals now or what.......

Drank too much last night and entered an Ultra -45 miles in April -hilly one too. Oops! How the hell do I find training plans for this ???? HELP!!!!! Someone?anyone?

I'm a fellow stress fracture sufferer too - it seems there are a lot of us out there! It sucks doesn't it?

My physio wanted me to have an MRI but my GP wouldn't send me (money!). Stopped running for 8 weeks Did LOTS of cycling and swimming instead. Went back to physio to check it was all ok to run again - she gave me a steady programme to return to running but after first week - back to pain again I'm now running 1 mile about 2 or 3 times a week only! Considering I had to pull out of London (with 1 week to go) only being able to run about 1 mile is so frustrating. I'm beginning to wonder if I'll ever run properly again.
