It's no use - was trying to get back into it and down with a rubbish cold! Off on hol on Sunday so hopefully will pick up the regime again on hols!

Not up for doing another marathon but thinking would be fun to meet up for a half next year xx

ok i feel i can write properly now....as i am back in the swing of things....for 3 weeks now i have been running (albeit slowly) and back up to a mer 3 miles - but hoping to get back to do a half-marathon next year!!!
