Does anyone else get annoyed with runners dropping bottles of water at their feet or at the feet of other runners. Really annoyed me this year at the VLM with two people I saw pulling up with sprained ankles, a real hazard and discourteous for anyone around them. Rant over or is it just me!!!! |

First off, good luck to everyone running the VLM..........11 days and counting!!! I'm after a bit of advice from those in the know regarding getting to the Blue Start. I am staying near Waterloo, so I'm just checking that I go on the Railway from Waterloo East to Blackheath and also is it free (as it is for the underground). Thanks | |

The problem I've had with all three is the heel coming away from the sole. I use custom orthotics, with all three only lasting around 350 miles, has anyone else had the same problem? Plus, I really do like NB but are not lasting with £80 a chuck is getting expensive. Any other makes (other than Brooks) you can suggest would be appreciated. Thanks Guys. | |
