I've tried several MP3's and I found the ipod shuffle is fantastic. So light you don't notice carrying it - enough space (1gb) for over 3 hours of running.

Downside it does shuffle the tracks but the best thing is it charges itself through the USB port.

Cost - about £99

Hi there,

I'm doing IM Switzerland this year (2nd July)and want to get a middle distance in my legs to warm up. But I can't decide between the two above races. I fancy Bala because the terrain is likely to similar to the IM but would my legs recover in time? I noticed alot of you did Switzerland last year - did many of you do either of the above and what would you recommend.

Regards

Ah, now you're talking FB.

Have been suggesting this to Clarky Girl for some time - yet she cannot fathom why anyone would want more than one bike at any one time.

Reference is also often made to the Clarky Kids and where my priorities lie
.

.
the bike's on order

Hi, I've been thinking about investing in one of these to replace my current 52/39 chainset. I'm a big bloke and struggle with hills, but I don't really want to go to a triple. The ones I've seen are 50/34 and the ads state that you make better use of your gear range.

Before I decide, I'd be really grateful for any advice/peoples experiences.

Regards

Hi everyone.

Signed up to the race last week and have a couple of questions.

Been struggling to find a course profile on the official website. I'm sure it's there but if anyone could help...

Secondly, are people planning to fit in a middle distance event beforehand? I think Weymouth and Trentham are in June.

Thanks
