What a lovely morning out there today, just come back from my 6 miles this morning, its gonna be a warm one today on the coast. Just come back from a great weekend in the New Forest, I ran the New Forest 10 miler, really pleased with my run and great scenery, quite surreal running past loads of free roaming horses, have a good day all.
Hi Tillstar, sorry to hear about your stomach cramps, hope they improve soon.
I did the "Man on the run" today for cancer research, all started off light hearted and joval in the warm up, funny to see lots of men jumping around out of time, like young gazzells. Then the testosorone kicked in as we started and we were off, I came in at 23.58 for the 5k which i was pleased with, but its all for a great cause, defeating cancer!!!
Hi Yvonne, I know Im in trouble, but I was sitting there watching the Beachy Head video thinking, look at those hills and my mind was flashing back to when I was there running/walking them, puffing and panting and swearing to myself inside and all of a sudden i'd signed up and booked accommodation! WHAT HAPPENED???
