Thanks for the info, very relieved to hear that the data is still available and that they have not lost it. I have several years worth of runs on their website and I would hate to lose it. My totals are still out, but the website is down for maintenance so I live in hope that they will eventually fix this.
Hi, did they fix the problem with toggling back and viewing past runs? They adjusted my mileage but I still can't look at my history. It's really frustrating because I am training for a half marathon I do every year, and want to check my progress against last years.
Is anyone having problems with Nike+? The website appears to be in serious difficultly - it's not logging and calculating runs properly, and only runs from the current week/month are viewable - the facility for browsing back and forth in time is disabled. Does anyone know what's up and when it will be fixed? They are not responding to emails. Very concerned as this watch was expensive and I really rely on it for training.
I have been using Nike+ for a couple of years, using my Ipod and a footpod. I find it accurate enough for my purposes and convenient. However, recently I am finding it impossible to log in to the site. They advised me to clear the cache and cookies, which I did, and this worked for all of 10 days. Now the problem has recurred and I am really not willing to clear my cache and cookies, loosing all my saved passwords in the process, one more time.
Am seriously thinking of switching to Garmin, especially as they have a new cheapo version coming out which looks like it will do me just fine...
