Hi, i also just started running, but i started in a running club and they do set a good pace and get you into it, also showing the appropriate strecthes to do if you do ache so may help.
and juanaH i agree it is nice to be outside running my yourself, i think its the best time to think , but with people too is fun, maybe you should go out with some people, lol, if you are in the area i'll take you out with my friends, hee hee
i am a newbie to this running world and did have the same problem as you, actually finding the motivation to go, especially when it is either wet or cold. finding a group to run with has helped me, maybe you should see if there are any runners in your area and see if that helps.
i've just started out running and not sure about what timings are good and what i should be working towards, i am looking to do a half marathon in october, is this achieveable and what kind off training should i be doing to work towards this?
