Long time since my last check-in. Well on my way with 804.1 miles but have now hit a snag as I think I've burnt myself out.
Basically since my last race on Sunday have barely slept at night, falling asleep for an hour or so before waking up then taking another hour or so to fall back asleep. Also got an elevated heart rate and my performances have really plateaued in the last month or so. Gonna take a break and hopefully come back refreshed with a different plan for my running.
Which races in the North West of England would people recommend as fast and flat for a PB?
I'm running the Warrington Road Runners 10K on Thursday which in my experience from running it a few times around 2010/11 is very fast and is my PB course for 10K. I've heard Christleton 5K is another which was earlier in the year.
