Fascinating article, sounds like this guy must have worked incredibly hard to plan to cheat at so many different races and courses. If he'd spent that time training he might have ended up being pretty good.
Using this as my first race back after a long injury so no heroics, just hoping to go under 50mins but don't know much about the course. I used to live at the student village there and know its reasonably flat around there presuming the course doesn't go up to Higher Broughton. Is it a fast course?
Building up quite nicely now, a good 5.5 mile run on Thursday night at a reasonable pace and going to try two runs in the next two days. Something short today around 4 miles then tomorrow going bold with 8 miles.
