what length spikes for muddy conditions, my kids all have xc spiked running shoes but only with quite short pyramid style spikes, they did their first major race at the weekend and some kids had huge spikes! theirs were pretty much all clogged up by the end of the race, so i was thinking about getting longer ones, but not sure how big to go! |

| hi, wondered if anyone could offer any advice on whether i should run a marathon in compression tights or leave them till after, which would i get the most benefit from? I did 12 miles at race pace the other day in my new 2xus, which felt good, but they are tight and were almost working against my legs. no soreness after though. Im doing the duchy which is on march 7th so i dont have any more really long runs to try them on. Any ideas? |
