Heard that the guy was OK after they had to revive him. Pretty scary stuff coming up the last mile and seeing all those bodies strewn about. Is it the first hot day that we had this year? I found it really hard going. I was aiming for sub 2 hours but in the end finished in 2.06 too.

The half in the Phoenix Park is more or less two laps of the Park.

There are steep hills on the second half of the lap. The first time round they are manageable, but the second time..........
