Not been tested as they dont test unless you seriously ill these days. I had all the symptoms, of course, of man flu!Runny nose, sore throat, sore head, photophobia, fatigue, loss of apetite etc.

Almost 2 weeks along the line I still feel like S*+@. if not swine flu then some horrible flu like disease.

Cant see myself running this week ? Not a pleasant experience.

Hi Folks

I am am slowly recovering from H1N1 and wondered how long others have taken to get over it. I am now around day ten and I still have a bad cough, extreme fatigue and some minor breathing problems.I am down to around 12 hours sleep having at times slept almost 24/7 in the past week or so!

I am 43 yo and generally fit and healthy having done a Half marathon in 1 hr 43 last month.

What should I be looking for before I start running again? How long has it taken others to recover?

I really enjoyed the race on Sunday.the weather was ideal and the course is ok IMO.Was there less water stations this year? Very dissapointed with the goody bag. Whilst I enjoyed the whole experience  I really dont think its great value for money. I had friends over from Madrid and they paid £40!One of them didnt even get his race pack and t shirt through at all!.

New Balance 826? I just love them.Pretty lightweight with a decent amount of support.

Lighter is the NB 903 which is better if ur pretty fast.
