If you intend to stick to the 30 week training plan then I would advise doing anything you like as long as you enjoy it and it has some sort of training benefit. Weights/yoga/Pilates whatever. 30 weeks is a long time and as WW says boredom is a real danger. Believe me at some point you will become utterly sick of Fink!
