Morning ,

Marathon training - that's crazy talk, nice one Mrs W.  What marathon are you doing?

The bump is coming along well and sticking out proudly, the scan was brilliant - she/he was waving and wiggling her/his feet around, and all tests (I didn't realise there were so many) have come back with good results - so fingers crossed all is well.

I might even attempt my pragnancy pilates DVD which has been collecting dust for the last few weeks

Ah, plane tree seeds, I think they must be accounting for at least 1 of my 5 a day at the moment.

I think the bump is just starting to show proper now (instead of a pasta belly),  I have my scan next Monday, so fingers crossed all is well and I can finally tell people. I didn't realise this bit would be so exhausting, even walking a mile tires me out, the thought of running a 10k seems impossible.

Well done Screamy - I was wishing you both a good race yesterday (from the comfort of my sofa )

Especially well done on overtaking the chicken - I hate it when you get overtaken in someone in a particularly cumbersome outfit.

How was the race in general?  The weather seemed good for it.

Thanks Ladies , not quite 8 weeks yet (Yes, I'm counting the days) but I already feel huge and have to undo the button on my jeans in the evening. I can't wait to have a proper'bump'. Even the thought of running feels impossible.

Well done on doubling up YL - progress is progess.

Too right, I'll be one of those crazy running mums. Although any plod seems like an impossibility right now - just walking to work is exhausting.
