Personally, I'll probably take the Monday off, and then go for a couple of light jogs/slow runs of 3-4 miles on Tues & Weds... Then another 3-miler on Fri or Sat. Nothing too heavy!

I'm thinking about it too... does anyone know if it's chip timed? I couldn't find anything on the website to confirm one way or the other.

I'm doing the Gosport Half the week before so will probably decide at the last minute. Has anyone on here done it before? Any feedback for potential newbies?

Unless they've changed it from 2 years ago (the last time I did it), that looks about right to me!

Hi Paul

I've over pronated for as long as I can remember... albeit the diagnosis was a mixture of self-internet research and shop advise, so make of that what you will!

The new shoes are definitely comfortable so I think they're doing some good... but we'll wait and see..

Thanks for the reassurance Miss Slow, sounds like it's to be expected.

Ah OK, that makes more sense... I AM from Hampshire, but don't belong to a club - Maybe they simply put that against anyone who listed Hampshire as their home county, to signify I was eligible for it. Thanks!
