Evening all Just popping in to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and happy new year !!! Before you ask , Not doing much running ( nor Biking !!!! ) but did manage an hours jog earlier .... so might , just might do Boxing day ......... |

Evenin all. Hope you're all enjoying the fireworks. Had a good week in preparation for the slog on Sunday ... .... Saturday 40 miles bike ride Sunday ... 50 miles bike Monday 4 miles fast run Tuesday ... 6 miles fast run plus 45 miles bike Wednesday 50 miles bike ......... And now I can't make it to the slog !!!! AAAAAARGH !!! Hope you all get a good drowning. | |

Evening all. Well done on your Cardiff races. I did manage the 10K in Margam park - I finished in a very tough 59 minutes. It was actually the same course as the reindeer run !! - and I did that last december in 58 minutes !!! Better than expected but my back suffered too much for me to risk next weeks Torfaen half. | |

Good luck in Holland Mr.Phil ! If I finish the Margam park 10K on Sunday and in not too bad a condition, I might be doing the Torfaen half in which case I will be able to transport a couple of you from Cwmbran. I'll keep you posted. Good luck in Cardiff folks. Anyone know more about the December Gower trail race ? | |
