Just one word Mr Rothwell   FANDABBIDOZZI!!!!!!!!

Feel as giddy as Charlie Bucket in Willy Wonka Chololate Factory, in fact am going to sing,

           Ooopa Loopa doom-pa-dee-do

I have a little puzzle for you

            Oompa Loopa doom-pa-dee-dee

If you are wise then listen to me

What do you get when you put on a race

Just 7000 runners and some incredible pace

The parks were brill and no gales on the prom

You grapple for yer goody bag and the Tee shirt has gone

             Someones got me Tango Vest!!

             Oompa Loopa doom-pa-dee-da

Bring them back and you will go far

You will live in happiness too

Like the Rothwell Oompa Loompa doom-pa-dee-do

Good luck to everyone tommorow,

Hope you all have a good run,  I aint trained much due to the pressure of my job, so will just be enjoying the run and hoping to finish in a vertical position.

Will pop into the Baltic for a guiness at the end

Hey Basil,

Well done on the run - am doing the santa dash with me mate and me littlegirl, well shes 16 and wants to run in her ugg boots whatever they are!

Am gutted that Alan failed to supply me with a BLUE santa suit thinkin of employing REx Makin to sue the ar*e off him - blamed it on his supplier can you beleive it!! so am wearing the red suit but bringing a blue santa bag full of xmas pressies - so look out for me!

Alan -  although it would be nice to have someone like Bobbie Latchford, Andy Gray, Brian Labone or Duncan Mackenzie start  the Liverpool Marathon how about tracking down Brian Birchill from that there Aldephi programme they had in the 90's instead of saying just cook will yer - he can start it with "JUST RUN WILL YER -  just a thought!
