Hi to all-good to see a few of u guys doing the races over the grass.Great endurance training over the winter and very cheap(£4 at Lurgan last Sat.) Massive turnout of all standards. Hope to run a trail and a country race before the road racing starts up again.

No Pain-u put most runners to shame, doing 80 a week.Hard work brings reward.A rest day once a month? Ru in a club? Regularly ran around that myself but last century!!pps AW-Athletics Weekly a must read.
