Decided to take the day off running and miss my first session since the start of the plan. Still got a bit of tightness in my arch and thought rather than my usual tactic of run until injury stops me I thought I would try and stop it turning into anything more serious. Did 45 min on the Wattbike and some stretching instead. Doesn't stop me feeling guilty though!!
Hopefully run easy tomorrow before long on Sunday but may well rest until Sunday.
Have developed a little bit of tightness in my arch of my left foot. Any advice apart from ice and rolling a ball under my foot. I am hoping it wont stop me running but after reading some people's horror stories I am a little worried!
